TERM & CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

• Cancelation must be notified in writing to the secretariat by email to : saarcaad.org@gmail.com
• Registration are non – transferable. No Refunds of registration fees allowed
• Right of acceptance of delegate form reserved with SAARC AAD.
• All Payments to be credited in to payee’s account on or before conference date.
• Registration to be conrmed on complete payment of fee by SAARC AAD
• Please ensure to wear your badge through the programs.
• P. G. Students must submit letters from HOD &copy of MCI registration.
• Banquet Dinner is not included for P. G. Students.
